Is the chalet ski in ski out
The Freeride Lodge is just 100 meters from the Chalets lift. The main part of the village is a 5 minute walk away.

How do I pay my Deposit or my Balance
All payments can be made by bank/credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

Can we arrive at any time.
No problem to arrive or leave at any time.
Arrival - Your luggage can be left in the chalet garage until the chalet is ready for you. Usually by 4pm (at the latest).
Departure - You will need to be out of the chalet by 10am. Your luggage can be stored in the garage until you are ready to leave the resort.

How do I pay for Lift Passes
If booked through Savoie Holidays - We will collect your Lift Pases for you so you don´t have to queue, they will be waiting in the chalet when you arrive.

Lift passes ordered through our office must be paid for at least 7 days prior to you arrival at the chalet. Payment can be made by bank or credit card.

If you would like to get your own ski pass when you arrive it's very easy as you have to walk past the ski pass office on your way to the piste. Usually just takes a couple of minutes.

How do I pay for Ski School
All payments will be to the ski school. Ski school information can be found on this web site web site. Please contact our office if you require any advice.

How do I pay for Equipment / Ski Hire
If you use one of the local ski hire shops, payment is taken at the end of the week. Ski Hire information can be found on this web site. The local hire shop has a very large stock of great ski's so no need to pre-book. The chalet manager will come with you when you arrive to assist with your hire requirements.

I am vegetarian/vegan/wheat free/dairy free/allergic to certain other foods.
We are very happy to cater for all kinds of diets; vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free etc. just let us know your requirements in advance on the Booking Form. If you have any food allergies, intolerances or dislikes, let us know as soon as possible so we can plan a lovely menu for you to avoid disappointment. It can be very difficult for our Chalet Hosts to adapt their menu on the spot if we have not had any prior warning of any allergies, intolerances or dislikes.

I have a severe nut allergy, can you guarantee a nut free chalet
We are committed to ensuring the safety of guests who have allergies. We provide a nut free menu but we cannot guarantee that the products stored in our kitchens will not contain traces of nuts (at factory source level) and it is your responsibility whilst in our chalets to ensure the person affected does not consume products which may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Our Chalet Hosts will identify the products that contain nuts or traces of nuts to you. Some items such as cereals will not be removed so as not to compromise the experience of other guests.

WIFI Internet access
All our chalets have free WiFi.

What happens if I book an airport transfer
You will need to e mail your flight details, airport and number in group. We will then give you a total price (return price). If this is O.K we will then confirm the transfer. You will be e mailed your driver details just before your holiday.
